11.00-11.50 Visit to the Kuperjanov Infantry Battalion (family photo, tour) in Võru.

We kindly ask journalists to arrive at the parking area near the checkpoint no later than 10:40 A.M. Please make sure to bring a valid ID.

After the tour, journalists are welcome to have lunch with the ministers in the battalion’s canteen. We kindly ask that you refrain from conducting interviews or filming during the meal.

Journalists will have the opportunity to conduct short interviews with the Estonian and Latvian ministers as well as the Commander of the Kuperjanov Infantry Battalion. Please indicate in the text field whom you wish to interview.

13.05. Group Photo and Joint Working Sessioon at the University of Tartu Museum (Lossi 25, Tartu).

Photographers and camera operators may capture the first few minutes of the joint meeting and the group photo. Therefore, we ask you to be in place no later than 12:50. Please bring a valid ID. 

Please note that we are unable to provide parking near the museum. Media representatives will need to park in the city at their own expense.

At 15.00-15.50 Bilateral Meetings of the Ministers (their list and venue are to be confirmed) and Time for Recording Individual Interviews with the Ministers. We kindly ask those wishing to cover the bilateral meetings and record individual interviews to contact the press service of the respective ministry directly.

15.10-15.50 Joint Press Conference by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Estonia and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Latvia in the Morgenstern Hall on the 5th floor. Language: Estonian and Latvian.

The press conference will also be available via live broadcast; however, only accredited journalists on site will be able to ask questions.

17.30 – Award Ceremony of the Joint Award of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia and the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia for the Promotion of the Latvian and Estonian Languages at Tartu City Hall (Raekoja plats 1a). Language: Estonian and Latvian.

We kindly ask media to be in place no later than 17:10. Please bring a valid ID with you. 
Media representatives will need to park in the city at their own expense.

After the ceremony, it will be possible to conduct interviews with the foreign ministers and the award laureates.
