Mart Võrklaev
Estonian Reform Party
Mart Võrklaev was born in Tallinn on 30 May 1984. He is a father of two sons. Võrklaev joined the Estonian Reform Party in 2010.
Career
- 2024 Minister of Finance.
- 2019–2023 member of the 14th Riigikogu. He was the vice-chairman of the faction in 2020–2021 and the chairman in 2021–2023.
- 2019–2023 member of the Rae Rural Municipality Council.
- 2018–2023 member of the board of the Association of Estonian Cities and Municipalities.
- 2012–2019 Mayor of Rae rural municipality.
- 2007–2012 land surveyor at the Rae Rural Municipality Government.
- 2006–2007 junior geodesist at Empower Engineering OÜ.
Education
Graduated from the Estonian University of Life Sciences in 2008 in geodesy and started studying law at the University of Tartu in 2009.

Interests include golf, cycling, and travelling.
