In addition to the working meetings, the guests are expected to attend the ceremonial raising of the national flag in the Governor’s Garden of Toompea, lay wreaths at the foot of the War of Independence Victory Column, and take part in the parade of the Defence Forces on Freedom Square. A joint press conference will take place at Stenbock House at approximately 11. a.m.

No accreditation is needed to cover the ceremonial raising of the national flag and the laying of wreaths.
