The President of Ukraine arrives at the Stenbock House at 11:15. After Zelenskyy’s arrival, tête-à-tête meeting between the Prime Minister of Estonia and the President of Ukraine will begin, after which an official photo will be taken, and the guestbook will be signed. Then, in the presence of Prime Minister and President, memorandum of understanding regarding the strengthening of defence cooperation between Estonia and Ukraine will be signed. After that Kallas and Zelenskyy will head to a working lunch with official delegations.
