Prime Minister Kallas at the Estonia’s annual event of the recovery and resilience facility (RRF) with EC Executive Vice President Valdis Dombrovskis

Stenbock House, 2 November 2023 – Prime Minister Kaja Kallas will have a bilateral meeting with the Executive Vice President of the European Commission Valdis Dombrovskis in Stenbock House on Monday, 6 November. Thereafter both will participate in a panel discussion at the Estonia’s RRF annual event to discuss how to build a competitive and resilient EU and Estonia and the role of the recovery plan.

During their bilateral meeting, Prime Minister Kallas and the Executive Vice President Dombrovskis will discuss the implementation of the recovery and resilience plan, trade relations with the USA, foreign trade matters in general, support for Ukraine and streamlining competition conditions in the EU internal market.

In order to film and/or photograph the initial moments of the meeting, members of the press should arrive at Stenbock House by 9:50 on Monday morning, having registered (by submitting their name, the number of their ID document and the name of the publication they work for to press@riik.ee) by 12:00 on Friday 3 November. The same ID document should be presented upon arrival. Executive Vice President Dombrovskis will deliver a keynote speech at the RRF annual event at 11:00, followed by the panel discussion with Prime Minister Kallas from 11:10-11:50. The discussion will be moderated by journalist and publisher Hans H. Luik.
